Early Childhood Educator


Job Description
An Early Childhood Educator works with young children (typically ages 2–6) to support their learning, development, and social skills in structured educational settings such as kindergartens, preschools, and early learning centres. You will design and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans that introduce basic language, numeracy, creativity, and social activities. Beyond academics, you help children build confidence, independence, emotional regulation, and positive social behaviour. This role requires patience, creativity, and the ability to nurture young minds in a supportive, safe, and engaging environment.

Academic Requirement
Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Minimum)

SPM / O-Level
Minimum 3 credits including Bahasa Malaysia / English -
STPM
Minimum principal passes or related subjects -
A-Level
Minimum 2 passes in relevant subjects -
Degree
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (advantage for advancement) -
Foundation
Foundation in Education / Social Sciences / Child Development
Salary Range

Fresh Graduate
RM2,000 – RM3,000

Mid-Level
RM3,000 – RM4,200

Senior / Centre Supervisor
RM4,500 – RM7,000+
