Product Development Specialist
Job Description
The Product Development Specialist is responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of products, from concept and design to launch and post-launch performance review. The role involves researching market trends, understanding customer needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet business objectives and customer expectations.
The Job Scope
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Assist in product ideation, concept development, and specification preparation.
- Work closely with R&D, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product requirements are clearly understood and executed.
- Support product testing, quality checks, and feedback analysis.
- Prepare product documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
- Assist with product launches and coordinate with marketing and sales teams for go-to-market activities.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and recommend improvements or enhancements.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of product development activities.
- Support the continuous improvement of processes, workflows, and product offerings.

Academic Requirement
SPM / O-Level
